Little Bird / Big Bird!

I'm traveling again this week... do you ever find that work gets in the way of the more important stuff in your life, like photography? I took this shot (actually, shots) a few weeks ago. It's a composite image of two photos taken on the same day / same lens. My timing wasn't good enough to capture both the hummingbird and jet in the same shot, but I still like the end result!
Linking with Skywatch Friday. Hope you are having a great week, and thanks for stopping by!

  5. I wonder if the little Hummer wishes he could go as fast as a jet---well it seems like he already can.

  12. What fun. If that was a single shot the depth of field would have been amazing.

  15. Oh my gosh! Stunning picture/composite/whatever it is called. I love it. I didn't blog when I was still working (I don't think the Internet had been invented yet ;>) ) and remain in awe of all of you who can do both.
