Spooky Desert Things...

Giant moon over Ryan Ranch
Truly one of the stranger rocks I've seen in Joshua Tree. The only editing was to darken the left "eye" a bit to make it look more like an eye. I think the "teeth" are very interesting!

Have you ever been hiking alone in the middle of nowhere and you can't shake that feeling that someone (or something) is watching you??

  9. Beautiful shots! I work in Yellowstone in the summer and I hike everywhere. I always assume that a bear is keeping an eye on me--I know I'm in their home.

  35. Ooooh, I loved this spooky , scary, but beautiful collection. The second to the last reminds me of some villain in a children’s story, I can visualize the illustration, but can’t think which book. Like some giant scary toad. That one gave me more shivers than all the eyes...Fun post.
