Cabin for sale: Wonder Valley, California (East of Twentynine Palms near Joshua Tree). These desert cabins are usually on 5 acres, are very inexpensive, and have big huge desert vistas. The downside? No water, no electricity, and very isolated. You have to be OK with really roughing it!
I like the way the clouds look above the roofline of the desert cabin in the photo below.
What an awesome capture!! I love the cloud formations above that cabin!! Really breathtaking!! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos you have here! I really like the 2nd photo's composition and rich colours. It's amazing.

Nope--couldn't do without the water and electricity. Amazing clouds above the cabin--nice capture. Have a great weekend. Mickie :)
ReplyDeleteStunning images! Interesting to see the desert through the cabin windows in the first one, love the clouds in the second one.
ReplyDeleteIf only I could rough it. Not for me, though. Love your shots! That sky is incredible.
ReplyDeleteI'd live there if it had water! A fabulous cloud formation!
ReplyDeleteBoth great shots. It's good that we're all different in our living environment preferences - thanks for sharing your perspective.
ReplyDeleteAwesome clouds and desert view but I'll pass the cabin.

I'm camping in something about that size or smaller right now, but at least we have electricity and water ))! A beautiful picture indeed. We enjoyed meeting some of the local desert characters who lived out like that when we spent time down in that area. One guy described himself as a 'desert rat' and said he wouldn't live any other way.
ReplyDeleteah this is where it pays to get solar power.
ReplyDeleteWow wow wow - I'd love to buy that cabin for the view you captured!
ReplyDeletethe clouds in the second picture is stunning :D wow !!

ReplyDeleteGreat pics -- Much as I like camping, I don't think I could handle roughing it that much, LOL. My Skies
ReplyDeleteI also love the clouds above the cabin. But I won't be making an offer any time soon!
ReplyDeleteStunning - as always. What fun it would be to spend some time in one of those little cabins - oh the stars at night - the sound of crickets and the bats flitting about.
ReplyDeleteThese are absolutely stunning!
ReplyDeleteThe clouds are beautiful, wonderful sky capture. I think water and electricity are a must for me.. Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures and blog! I need electricity and running water, but I would love to take a look at this place. :)
ReplyDeleteNot a 'camper' but serenity sounds wonderful ~ great shots ~ thanks, ^_^
