Skywatch Friday!

We live about 20 minutes from Disneyland, so my wife and I decided to try taking some fireworks pictures.  I set up my tripod, but was disappointed that the fireworks weren't higher on the horizon!  I had fireworks coming out of the trees!!


We found a new spot... no trees, but a parking structure with lights.  Oh well, with some cropping, the pics came out pretty good for a first attempt.

    All of them are GREAT pictures...I think I like the last one the best...pink sparkles!
    I think I may have to tag along if you do this again. Need to get a lesson on how you set the camera.

    Wow, I think you did a GREAT job capturing these fireworks! (All the pretty without all the loud noise and smoke - that's how I like fireworks!) :-) Your post is very festive, and perfect for this week's SkyWatch!

    My favorites are the third one (the second one from your new, improved vantage point) and the last one ~ the pink snazzle! Looks like an illuminated grapefruit fizzy drink! :-)

    I am a sucker for fireworks! Drives me to tears how pretty they are :s my favorites are the third and the last photo. :)
